Spider-Man soon finds out that the H-Bombers aren't the only gang terrorizing the city, as he encounters 3 new gangs: the Apocalypse, the Arsenic Candy, and the Dragon Tails. However, he makes short work of the Apocalypse, who attacked the subway and the power plant, and defeats their boss, ending their threat for now, and also successfully defeats some members of the Arsenic Candy, who attacked a theater, a factory and an abandoned warehouse full of hostages, as well as some Dragon Tails, who tried to hijack a van transporting some ancient chinese statues.

The H-Bombers later return and attempt to blow up the subway station as well, but Spidey is able to stop them. After a long day of fighting crime, Spider-Man takes, his girlfriend, on a thrill ride, stopping by Central Park. Mary Jane asks how things have been with Harry and Peter responds that he has tried everything but Harry still thinks he killed his dad,. Mary Jane tries to comfort him and tell him it wasn't his fault. Meanwhile, a symbiote inside a meteor crashes nearby and attaches to Peter's shoe while Harry sneaks into his dad's secret Goblin lair, going inside a chamber filled with green smoke and donning a Goblin armor. In the meanwhile, Peter's college science teacher records a tape explaining that he has studied lizard DNA and that lizards can grow new limbs after they are accidentally cut off. So, he decides to inject himself with some lizard DNA to grow back his right arm (which he lost when he was in the U.S.

The experiment turns out okay and Connors regrows his arm, but the experiment is far more than imagined and Connors transforms into a giant lizard, knocking over the camera that he was using to record his investigation. Peter walks pass Dr. Connors' lab and hears strange noises coming from there. He finds out what happened and follows Connors into the sewers, where he already turned many other people into giant lizards as well.

Spider-Man defeats some of these lizard people and continues chasing Connors, until eventually cornering him. Connors plans to release the lizards into the city, but Spidey manages to defeat him. However, Connors and his lizards people escape further into the sewers and Spider-Man is forced to return to the surface. Back at the college, Peter changes into his regular clothes and starts getting worried for Connors when all of a sudden Harry (now the New Goblin) appears out of nowhere and attacks Peter. They go on a high-fly battle on Harry's glider across the city, until Harry is eventually defeated and knocked unconscious by one of Peter's webbing, which he attached to a building.

Harry is seriously injured, so Peter brings him to a local hospital, where he will be treated. Meanwhile, an escaped convict named tries to escape from police and falls into a cockpit full of sand where scientists are doing experiments on sand, one of which fuses Flint with the sand, thus becoming Sandman. The next day, Spider-Man foils the H-Bombers' plans once again, who planted bombs all over Financial District and later at a nuclear power station as well. After this, the H-Bombers decide to attack the Daily Bugle and kidnap.

Spidey defeats the bombers and disarms their bombs, also discovering that, one of the richest people in New York, is The Mad Bomber, the leader of the H-Bombers. Spider-Man foils the H-Bombers' for the last time and saves Jameson, but The Mad Bomber manages to escape. Spider-Man also begins working with, who enlists his help in cracking down on gun running and crooked cops, in exchange for information about the Mad Bomber case, which she's also investigating. Spidey takes evidence pictures of some deals and corrupt cops for DeWolfe, before getting to the fight. In the final mission for DeWolfe, Spider-Man rescues her from some crooked cops, who setted an ambush.

She thanks Spidey for all the help and the two have become close friends, although DeWolfe denies it. Spider-Man later finds out about a science corporation called MechaBioCon, where an evil scientist named captured and made experiments on, a former subject of an experiment that gave him a giant scorpion tail he can't get rid of and whom Spidey encountered in a subway station, before he escaped. Spider-Man infiltrates the MechaBioCon headquarters off coast, but encounters only several guards and robots, as well as scientist named Dr. Andrews who actually cares about Gargan and gives Spidey the location of the base where he's being kept. Spider-Man escapes the headquarters and infiltrates the other base, where he is forced to fight a mind-controlled Scorpion. Spidey chases Gargan around the city and eventually destroys the mind-controlling device, freeing Scorpion.

He thanks Spider-Man for his help and starts planning his revenge on MechaBioCon, while Spidey returns home. After a very tiring day of fighting crime, Peter falls asleep. The symbiote from earlier approaches him in his sleep and consumes all over his body, leading to a brand new jet-black Spider-Man suit. This new symbiote suit makes him stronger, more agile, and much more aggressive and Peter decides to test it on Sandman, who has just robbed a bank. Spider-Man pursues Sandman to the sewers and easily defeats him with the power of the black suit, washing him away in a sewer line to his apparent death. The following day, Peter and Eddie Brock are both given the same assignment: catch Spider-Man robbing something, and the one who does it first gets a promotion. Brock attempts to cheat by paying someone to pose as Spider-Man, but the real Spider-Man appears and, influenced by the black suit, breaks Brock's camera and punches him.

Brock reveals that he has many more cameras around that automatically photographed Spider-Man punching him, but Spider-Man is able to destroy all of them and leaves, while Brock swears revenge. Spider-Man returns to the sewers in his search for Connors and finds, who already captured Connors and is about to kill him, as he sees him as a worthy prey. Spider-Man fights Kraven while Connors runs away, but gets cornered. Spider-Man defeats Kraven, but he manages to escape, so Spidey continues the search for Connors.

He eventually finds him but in the form of a giant monster, as a result of one of Kraven's spells. Spider-Man defeats the Giant Lizard and turns it back into Dr. However, he did this in a very violent way and realizes that the black suit may influence him in a bad way.

Spider-Man later foils the Arsenic Candy's and Dragon Tails' plans as well and defeats their leaders. Returning to the Daily Bugle, Peter receives another assignment: take photos of the police's speech about the gangs and their respective defeated leaders at the courthouse. Peter does so, but everything gets interrupted by, who frees the gang leaders and runs away alongside them in the resulted chaos. Spider-Man goes to face Kingpin at his lair, where he defeats the gang leaders again and Kingpin as well. However, the black suit makes him extremely aggressive and he throws Kingpin off the window, killing him.

Spider-Man then realises that the black suit does really influence him and decides that it's time to get rid of it. After a horrible date with Mary Jane, Peter gives her a thrill ride back home where, under the influence of the black suit, he alienates her. After acting too bossy and asking her to shut up, Mary Jane decides to call off the relationship, which saddens Peter.

Spider-Man then decides that he has to get rid of the symbiote right now and goes to a church, where he attempts to remove the symbiote suit inside the bell tower. Thanks to the vibrations produced by the bell, Peter removes the symbiote and its bond with him, but Brock secretly found and watched Peter unmask himself and the symbiote attaches to him instead, thus becoming Venom. Finally back to his normal self, Spider-Man visits Connors at the hospital, where he asks him to go back to his sewer lab to recover some ingredients which he uses to create an antidote for all the lizard people. Spidey then takes the antidote to the sewers and places it in some canisters which turn all the lizard people back to normal. Spidey visits Connors for the last time, who apologizes for all his actions, but Spider-Man forgives him and wishes him good luck before leaving. Later, Spider-Man visits Mac Gargan as well and helps him infiltrate the MechaBioCon headquarters, where the two defeat together and confront Dr. Stillwell, who took Dr.

Andrews hostage. Scorpion tries to kill Stillwell for all the pain he caused to him, but Andrews helps him understand that this will not solve his problem. Gargan leaves, realising he will never be normal again, while Spider-Man leaves Stillwell for the police, before leaving as well. Meanwhile, Venom finds a still-alive Sandman and blackmails him to work together to defeat Spider-Man, or he will kill his daughter, Penny. Without any other choice, Sandman agrees and the two kidnap Mary Jane, in order to rule Peter to them. Peter sees the news and suits up as Spider-Man, rushing to the construction site where Venom and Sandman are holding Mary Jane captive inside a taxi. Spider-Man fights Venom and Sandman while Harry, recovered from his head injury, sees the new too and decides to help Peter, suiting up as the New Goblin and rushing to the construction site as well.

Mary Jane eventually falls out of the cab, but Harry shows up and saves her. Harry then fights a giant Sandman and defeats him, while Spider-Man continues his fight with Venom. Harry tries to help him, but is seemingly killed by Venom. Peter eventually defeats Venom by weakening him with sonic vibrations, but Venom grabs him and both fall off the building. Spider-Man survives while Venom is impaled by several steel bars and dies. Peter mends his relationship with Mary Jane while Sandman, still alive, is reunited with Penny, who has just been rescued by police. He thanks and apologizes to Spidey, before leaving.

The next day, Spider-Man narrates once again, before hearing police sirens and rushing to save the day once again. PlayStation 2, Wii and PlayStation Portable Spider-Man spots a building on fire which a new gang called the H-Bombers have blown up.

Spidey defeats some of the bombers and rescues woman from being killed, but the bombers escape. The next day, Peter Parker narrates 'Just another day in the life of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! Lately, things have been going my way.

I got the girl and New York finally likes me. Not that there are problems, but there is this new guy Eddie Brock at the Daily Bugle, and he is really starting to get on my nerves. Harry, my best friend won't talk to me.

On top of that, new gangs have been dividing up the city. Still, its nothing I can't handle.

One weird thing is that there hasn't been any big super villain around since Doc Ock. I had this bad feeling that the sky is gonna fall or something and soon.'

Peter visits the Daily Bugle and has a discussion with his boss, J. Jonah Jameson, over Spider-Man's role to New York City, when they're suddenly interrupted by a phone call from Luke Carlyle (dubbing himself 'The Mad Bomber'), the leader of the H-Bombers, who reveals that he has planted bombs all over the Bugle's Printing Plant.

Peter leaves quickly and, as Spider-Man, defeats the bombers and prevents the bombs from detonating. Informed by police that the Bugle's regional office has also got bombs set to detonate, Spider-Man rushes to the location and thwarts the bombers' plan once again. After he's done, Spider-Man picks up a tracking device that shows two members of the H-Bombers carrying bombs and heading to the regional office. Spider-Man defeats the bombers for the third and final time and heads home. The next morning, Peter returns to the Bugle where Jameson tells him that giant lizard-like humanoids have been spotted in Central Park and sends him to take some pictures.

Spider-Man arrives on the scene and, after taking pictures of the lizards, beats them up and saves some civilians they were trying to capture. Peter then returns to the Bugle and gives Jonah and Robbie the pictures, much to their delight. Later that night, Peter meets up with Mary Jane, his girlfriend, in Central Park. The two talk about Harry, who's angry at Peter because he believes him to be responsible for his father's death, Norman Osborn. Mary Jane comforts Peter, who tells him the two will work it out. Meanwhile, an alien symbiote inside a meteor crashes nearby and attaches itself to Peter's shoe, while at the Osborn Mansion, Harry enters his dad's secret lair where he goes inside a chamber filled with the Goblin formula and starts plotting his revenge against Peter.

After taking Mary Jane home, Peter is suddenly attacked by Harry (now the New Goblin). The two go on a high-fly battle on Harry's glider around the city, until Peter successfully defeats Harry by tricking him into damaging his glider. However, Harry crashes into the alleyways and gets seriously injured. Peter takes the unconscious Harry to a local hospital and returns home.

After a tiring day of fighting crime, Peter falls asleep. During his sleep, the symbiote approaches him and takes over his body, thus creating a brand new jet-black Spider-Man suit. The suit increases Peter's powers, but it also brings out the dark side of him. Spider-Man tests out the suit during a battle with some gang members and, after seeing how quickly the suit is tiring him, he returns to the original red suit, deciding to use the black suit only in emergency cases.

The next morning, Spider-Man visits the Daily Bugle, only to see it under attack by Carlyle and his gang. Spider-Man defuses their bombs, but the bombers take Jameson hostage, thus Spider-Man starts chasing them. Inside the helicopter, Carlyle puts a collar onto Jameson and warns him if he's far away from the transmitter, it would electrocute and kill Jameson. He then throws Jonah off the chopper, but Spider-Man saves him and takes him to safety on a rooftop. Carlyle fights Spider-Man in his battle suit, but Spidey manages to defeat him and removes the explosive collar from Jameson. Later that night, Spider-Man visits the lab of Dr. Curt Conners, his college science teacher, who's been reported missing for the past few days.

He picks up a video camera and discovers that Conners was making experiments on himself with an experimental serum that should have grown back his right arm, thanks to the lizard DNA. The arm successfully grew back, but the experiment was far more than imagined and Connors turned into a giant lizard. Connors then shows up behind Spider-Man and attacks him, before running away. Spidey chases him around the city, preventing any civilian from getting hurt, and eventually corners him on a alley. However, Connors evades capture by going into the sewers, but Spider-Man is still behind him in hot pursuit. As Spider-Man dwells deeper in the sewers trying to find Connors, he runs into many other lizard people, as well as Kraven the Hunter who is killing all the infected he finds and seeks to kill Conners as well. To make sure that Spider-Man doesn't stop his hunt, Kraven activates a death trap to kill him, but Spider-Man escapes and eventually finds Connors' lair.

Here Connors plans to release the lizards in the city, but Spider-Man stops and defeats him, after a long fight. However, Connors escapes once again deeper in the sewers and Spidey is forced to return to the surface. Back to the surface, Spider-Man helps the NYPD crack down on the Dragon Tail gang in order find more info about the whereabouts of Kraven and Connors. Successful in the mission, Spider-Man returns to the sewers and sees that Connors has defeated Kraven. As he tries to turn Kraven into a lizard, Spider-Man stops him, but in the process Kraven wakes up and stabs the Lizard, who turns back to Conners.

Upset at this, Kraven turns his attention to Spider-Man and the two start fighting. While Connors runs away, Spider-Man defeats and traps Kraven. Spidey then finds Connors inside a generator room, where he has injected himself with a much stronger serum and transforms into a Giant Lizard. Despite this, Spider-Man manages to defeat the Lizard, turning it back to Connors once and for all. However, he did this in an extremely violent manner and realizes that the black suit may have a negative impact on him. After leaving Connors at a hospital, Spider-Man defeats all the remaining lizard people around the city.

Spidey then visits the fully recovered Connors at his lab, who agrees to help him analyze a piece of the symbiote, after he saved his life. At the Daily Bugle, Jameson sends Peter to the campus of Empire State University to take a picture of a vampire rumored to be attacking innocents. That night, Spider-Man heads to ESU and takes a picture of the vampire which attacks him, but Spidey manages to escape. The following night, Spider-Man goes to Connors' lab to analyze the symbiote for himself, pushing off Mary Jane on the phone in the process.

As hours passed with no results, screams are heard outside, indicating the vampire's return. Spider-Man (under the symbiote's influence) battles the vampire and eventually defeats him after he was weakened by the sunrise. Spidey takes the vampire to Connors, who reveals the vampire to be Dr. Michael Morbius, a worldwide renowned biochemist.

Morbius tells the two his wife, Shriek, is responsible for his transformation. Spider-Man confronts Shriek who, alongside her gang, the Waste Tribe, are terrorizing the city. As Spider-Man defeats her gang members, Shriek commissions an obelisk and plans to control the entire city. Spider-Man thwarts her plan and destroys the obelisk, but Shriek escapes. Spider-Man returns to Connors's lab to visit Morbius, who is currently dying. Morbius pleads Conners to take him to see his wife, to which Conners and Spider-Man agree to do.

Out on the streets, Spider-Man defeats numerous Waste Tribe members until he eventually learns about Shriek's location. Spider-Man takes Morbius to Shriek's hideout, where Shriek reveals she caused the accident that transformed him into a vampire. She restores Morbius' strength, but turns him against Spider-Man. Spidey defeats Morbius by exposing him to the sunlight and then confronts Shriek.

She uses psychological warfare against Spider-Man, using illusions of Harry, Connors, Mary Jane, and Jameson to attack him, but Spider-Man deduces that her powers come from the same element that forms his black suit, thus he uses the black suit to overcome Shriek's mind games and defeat her. A weakened Shriek uses the last of her powers to cure Morbius, reverting him back to normal, but leaving her in a comatose state. Morbius and Spider-Man leave Shriek in Connors' care, where Morbius remains alongside Connors to look after her while Spider-Man leaves, vowing not to allow the black suit control him. The next day, Peter returns to the Bugle, where Jameson sends him and his rival, Eddie Brock, to expose Spider-Man as a menace, with the promise of whoever does it first to get the job as staff photographer. As Spider-Man scares off civilians during for the photos, a police officer informs him that another Spider-Man is mugging someone across town. Spider-Man swings to confront the impostor, who is revealed to be none other than Brock.

Back at the Bugle, Peter gets the staff job and Brock is fired for his actions. Before leaving, Brock swears vengeance against both Peter and Spider-Man. Later that day, Peter overhears a conversation between two police officers who plan to issue a manhunt for Spider-Man over his actions. Peter contemplates not wearing the black suit for a little while until things simmer down. Meanwhile, an escaped convict named Flint Marko, who gained super-powers after being fused with some sand, shows up and robs an armored van.

Spider-Man chases Sandman to the subways, and battles him. Seeing that he is no match for Sandman's powers, Spider-Man reluctantly turns to his black suit, which helps him easily defeat Sandman.

However, the suit overwhelms Spider-Man once again and he violently bursts open a water pipe which washes Sandman away, seemingly killing him. Under the symbiote's influence, Peter has a horrible date with Mary Jane and, after giving her a even more horrible thrill ride back home, the two argue and Peter gets extremely violent. Mary Jane then breaks off the relationship, saddening Peter. Realizing that the symbiote is controlling him more and more, Peter retreats to the belltower at a nearby church, where the intense sounds of the bell help Peter remove the symbiote and its bond with him.

However, Brock secretly followed him into the church and watched Peter unmask himself, before the symbiote attaches to him instead, turning Brock into Venom. Venom finds a still-alive Sandman and blackmails him in helping him kill Spider-Man, or else he will kill his daughter, Penny. The two capture Mary Jane and keep her hostage at a construction side, in order to lure Spider-Man. Peter returns to his apartment, where he sees the news and suits up in the red suit once again, heading to construction site to save Mary Jane. At the same time, Harry wakes up from his coma and sees the news as well, so he suits up as the New Goblin and heads over to help his friends. Arriving at the construction site, Spider-Man prepares to save Mary Jane, but Venom orders Sandman to kill him.

Spider-Man defeats Sandman just as Harry arrives and helps him fight Venom for a while, before going to rescue Mary Jane. Spider-Man fights Venom long enough for Harry to rescue Mary Jane and take her to safety. Harry also rescues Penny while Venom, seeing that Sandman's daughter is safe, lies to Sandman about her death, which infuriates him. Now gigantic, Sandman attempts to kill Spider-Man and Harry, but the latter distracts Sandman whilst Spidey throws explosive barrels at him. As Harry activates a pumpkin bomb to finish off Sandman, Venom pulls Harry into the Sandman.

The bomb explodes, killing Harry and defeating Sandman. Now one on one, Spider-Man and Venom engage in a violent final fight. Spidey gains the upper hand by using sonic vibrations to weaken the symbiote and defeats Venom. Brock loses control of the symbiote, which slithers away while Brock seemingly dies. Peter and Mary Jane reconcile and resume their relationship and Sandman is reunited with his daughter. He thanks and apologizes to Spider-Man, before leaving. The game ends with Peter narrating the next day and stating the only way to honor and remember the people he loves the most is to never stop being Spider-Man.

Note: In this adaptation, many of the villains from the previous version are absent (such as Kingpin or Scorpion), but instead there are introduced and, who also leads a new gang called absent in the other version called 'The Waste Tribe'. Game Boy Advance As Spider-Man swings through the air, he spots a building on fire. He enters it and defuses a which has been planted there. He then finds New Goblin flying around, and defeats him, knowing that it is his friend, Harry Osborn. He then retreats to save civilians who are trapped in a building. After rescuing them, he is encountered by Sandman. Knowing that he cannot defeat Sandman, he flees to his home, where the alien symbiote takes over his body.

Peter wakes up with the black suit, and uses it to his advantage. He then finds that has kidnapped the Senator, and Mad Bomber has planted explosives throughout the city. After foiling their plans, and defeating them, he swings off to find Sandman, and gives chase. He then defeats Flint by opening a door which releases a large amount of water onto him. Spider-Man, thinking he killed Flint, tries to get the black suit off him, knowing that its influence is corrupting his mind. The black suit then is removed when sound waves drive it off, onto Eddie Brock, who desires revenge on Peter and Spider-Man, and gives himself the name 'Venom'. Spider-Man then finds that Sandman is still alive and well, and now has powers at his usage.

He is then defeated once again by Peter. Venom then comes, and battles Spidey, but is defeated when dropped from the building. Spider-Man proceeds to call for medical attention, and the symbiote escapes into the night, with the screenshot saying 'The End?' Gameplay Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. A shot of Black-Suited Spider-Man by the alien symbiote. The most conspicuous difference in these versions is where you cannot alternate between suits at will, similar to how the Prince cannot control his transformation into the Dark Prince in the Ubisoft title.

Instead, you alternate between suits as you progress through the story. The upgrade system is different compared to earlier titles as well. Upgrades will be unlocked only as you progress and cannot be purchased.

Collectables can be found in the form of tokens, which are scattered everywhere throughout the city, from skyscrapers to the subway tunnels. Once you have completed all the story missions, you are given a New Game + option. This will allow you to replay all the story missions in the black suit only. You can switch between suits via the pause menu. Spider-Man 3 is the first Spider-Man title to introduce quick-time events, a mechanic where you have to follow the corresponding controls on-screen to progress. Like many other PC games, the PC version can be modified, although very few mods for this game have been produced.

Scorpion, Rhino, and Kingpin are exclusive villains to this version. The player is also granted temporary access to play as New Goblin during the final mission in the game in a boss fight against Sandman, until he became a full playable character exclusive to PlayStation 3's Collectors Edition of the game, then as downloadable content for both PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. In the PC version's modifications, New Goblin's free roam gameplay is similar to his PlayStation Network/Xbox Live's downloadable content counterpart, such as having no story missions, except it has no challenge missions. Outside PC modifications, in all three versions, Peter Parker is also playable through a glitch, but some of your abilities are lost due to some of the glitch's bugs. However, you can overcome these bugs if you complete a certain side mission. PlayStation 2, Wii and PlayStation Portable The versions developed by Vicarious Visions differ from the versions developed by Treyarch.

Most notably the recycled cutscenes and similar story missions, as well as the open-world hub and challenges. In the PlayStation 2 and Wii versions, the black suit can be put on at will and works similar to Hypermode in, although there is a period after using it, instead of a health cost. The black suit will enhance the player's attacks and health, but if the player uses it for too long, Spider-Man can be permanently corrupted by the black suit, leading to a non-standard.

To free Spider-Man from the black suit, the player must perform a series of quick-time events to turn him back to normal. Much like Spider-Man 2, you have an upgrade system, where you can purchase unlocked upgrades as you progress. Upgrades are purchased with Hero Points. You earn these points by completing the main story missions, or the side missions. The black suit cannot be upgraded. Like other Spider-Man titles, there are side missions that can appear at random. These missions can range from muggings to delivering items such as fruit pies.

The side missions however are activated through a radio transmission which gives you the option of doing said mission or not. This has never been done in any Spider-Man game before. Much like the next-gen versions, there is a crime wave mechanic, where on the overhead map displays the gangs throughout the city.

To lower the crime wave, you must complete combat tours where you have to complete tasks similar to the side missions of the game. As you progress the combat tours the gangs will lose control, giving the NYPD an advantage. If however, you ignore the combat tours the gangs will take over more parts of the city as well as other gangs.

This will affect the open-world hub with a new environmental mechanic. Similar to Spider-Man 2 and Ultimate Spider-Man, there are collectables. The only collectables you can find however, are the Meteorites and Spider Emblems. These are scattered throughout the city.

Spider Emblems can only be found once you complete the story missions. Once you find them all you will unlock the black suit. The Combat System is much more similar to Ultimate Spider-Man than Spider-Man 2, such as lacking of mid-air combos from Spider-Man 2. The primary features for the Wii version are motion controls. By flicking the Wii Remote & Nunchuck, the player can perform various actions such as combat, and one of Spider-Man's trademark abilities: Web Swinging. There are also certain mini-games tailored to the motion controls. This can range from disarming a bomb, to completing quick time events.

The PlayStation Portable version is a full-on port of the PlayStation 2 version with an extra feature exclusive to the handheld known as 'Conquest Mode'. Conquest Mode is an extra mode where the player has only a very limited amount of time to traverse the city and complete challenges such as combat tours, delivering items, and protecting civilians. The more challenges are completed, the more 'hero points' the player earns. Once time has elapsed, the score is calculated and the most recent save is loaded; the mission can be replayed any time to get a higher score.

Conquest Mode can be exited with a visit to the Daily Bugle building in order to return to the main game. Conquest Mode can be accessed via the title screen or Scrapbook. Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS The Game Boy Advance version is a action game. While the characters are seen, everything else is 2D. It exacts the storyline of the film. A map is used to enter levels.?

Bubbles during levels give hints. The Nintendo DS version and the Game Boy Advance version differ, but is side-scrolling and completely 2.5D. It uses the Touch Screen to execute most attacks. In this version, players can put on the black suit at will, and it can only help them. However, that suit will be disabled if Spider-Man's health is too low.

This version supports wireless multiplayer. Special editions Special editions of the game were available to PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 owners.
