Hi, I have just downloaded the latest 2018 Version of Snagit for Mac and it is crashing immediately after launching the program. I am still running 10.11.6 MBP 15 inch Mid 2012 On my newer MBP it starts up and works for a while, but whenever I use NordVPN or FortiClient to connect to a VPN it crashes. I can sort of wait for the fix to get rid of the random crashes, but not being able to use the app at all causes issues and it would be nice to have a fix soon. Any feedback from developer welcome. Also, please let me know what logs to send you and how I can retrieve them.

Click to expand.I would very much call it an error No this isn't something that you will do regularly, HOWEVER it is an issue that needs to be fixed. Can't update x-plane 10 for mac. Just like the issue with the smart cover issue with ipad 2's now with ios5.

I doubt anyone normally Hits the power button till the 'slide to power off' comes up then closes ther smart cover, then opens it then hits cancel to be the way they get into their ipad. But hey, someone found a flaw and it needs to be fixed. Same with this phrase, it needs to get fixed.
